ABOUT
The Red Lion is a 3-Star former Coaching Inn,
dating back to the early 1800s.
Today, it continues to be a popular watering hole
between Jedburgh and Edinburgh.
Sitting at the heart of this friendly village, overlooking
the peaceful village square, The Red Lion provides a
comfortable base for exploring the Scottish Borders.
Like the rest of his team, landlord Ritchie is an Earlstonian,
and happy to point guests in the direction of
local walks and visitor attractions.
Each of the eight bedrooms is individually styled and has an en suite bath or shower room, digital TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, and free Wi-Fi.
There is a range of rooms including: single, double twin, super-king, and a spacious, south-facing, triple room,
which overlooks the village square.
Dogs are welcome and each four-legged guest receives a welcome pack from Dave, the pub dog.
