Earlston Civic Week, 1st to 7th July 2018
If you’re coming to Earlston in July, you won’t want to miss Earlston Civic Week, which takes place from 1st to 7th July. There’s something for all ages, from a duck race and disco, to bowls and bingo.
Our team will be here throughout the week, serving delicious meals and a range of hot and cold beverages. Look on our Specials Board for some extra special tasty treats!
Earlston Civic Week Festivities
Sunday 1 July – 2pm
Redpath Ramble from The Square.

Football Fives, Runciman Park.

Car treasure hunt from the Rugby Club.
Monday 2 July – 6.30pm
Fun pet show, duck race, table-top sale, and barbecue at Cauldie.
Tuesday 3 July – From 7pm
The Black Hill Race at 7pm.
The White Hill Race 7.30pm.
Wednesday 4 July - 1pm to 3pm
Children’s party in the marquee.
Wednesday 4 July – 8pm
Quiz in the marquee.
Thursday 5 July – 7pm
Bowls at the Bowling Club.

Bingo in the marquee.
Friday 6 July – 1.30pm
Senior citizen’s entertainment in the marquee.

Scocha – live music, followed by a disco in the marquee.

Civic Week Fancy Dress Parade
From Earlston Primary School to the Rugby club, via East Green and High Street.

Sports in the rugby ground from and guest beers and live music.

Live music at The Red Lion. The Jockuleles (7pm - 8pm) and George Inglis’ Rockin’ Horse (8pm - 10pm)
Saturday 7 July 2018 – 10.15pm
Torchlight parade (10.15pm), fireworks (10.45pm) and disco (from 11pm).
Parade from East Green to The Hugh for the firework finale. Disco in the marquee from 11pm.
