What's On in the Scottish Borders - June 2018
Our long-awaited refurbishment is now complete! Have you been to check out our new Dining Room yet? If not, what are you waiting for? We have a daily Specials Board as well as all the Red Lion Favourites. There's something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you soon!

As well as having a drink and a meal with us, there's so much to do in the Borders this month. On hot summer days, there are plenty of shaded woodland walks not far from the pub. Have you tried out the new accessible paths at nearby Abbotsford? We highly recommend them. (Dog on leads are welcome there too.)
And, have you been following the latest news on the Born in the Borders Osprey blog? What a rollercoaster of emotions we’ve been having. Delilah has gone, but there’s a new hen on the block. It may be too late for her and Samson to have chicks this year, but you can go along to Born in the Borders and see how they’re getting on via the webcam in the restaurant – and in the skies above the River Teviot. (You can also see where our ale is made!) Many thanks to volunteer, Rosie Shields for her amazing blog posts and dedication to these magnificent birds.
Summer’s here, so what better time than now to visit the beautiful Scottish Borders? Book your stay today.
